Feet Progress

Since I last posted my feet have grown about .5” longer each give or take. Been clamping the hell out of my toes and the rest of the foot as well. Despite my foot being a quarter-inch longer than 11” long now, I still cannot fill out a size 10 Converse which I have been wearing since I was 18 years old (almost a decade as I am 27 currently. On the Converse website it says ur foot has to be 10.675” long to fill it out. FUCKING BULLSHIT!!! More like about an INCH LONGER THAN THAT YOU FUCKING LIARS!!!)

Foot Length Increase

Before my foot was 10.5” long, now it is 10.75” long maybe slightly over as you can tell from the picture. All my hard work toe clamping has been paying off.

Finger Length Increase

Before my index finger was about 4 inches long. Now it is closer to 4.25" inches long! This is significant and I think that this will prove that it indeed does work.

Hello everybody, this blog will serve the purpose of being my progress log for LSJL (at the request of a friend).

Here are my starting measurements:

As you can see from the pictures: Forearm is 13 inches, index finger 4 inches, shinbone 16 inches and foot is 10.5 inches. These are all give or take a few mm. Looking forward to keeping you guys updated with any future progress.
